CHAPTER 1

A SAUSAGE CONUNDRUM

As lovers of the noble banger, we noticed that Britain has a serious sausage problem. In fact, most household sausages have less than 50% meat content!

CHAPTER 2

SAUSAGE SHACK IS BORN

We embarked on a mission to launch a a unique Manchester restaurant, where the highest quality Halal beef and chicken sausages take centre stage in imaginative and mouth- watering dishes.

MICHELIN STAR IMAGINATION

We enlisted the expertise of renowned Michelin-star chef, Peter Gorton, to ensure that Sausage Shack's menu is a culinary game-changer that every Mancunian can enjoy.

MORE THAN JUST HOT DOGS

We launched a menu to redefine the typical sausage experience - including our moreish 'Shack Pancakes' or indulgent 'Katsu Shack' bowls. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Sausage Shack is guaranteed to satisfy your every craving.
